Introduction
As discussed during the 8th SAR Panel meeting, JAPCC offered to lead a team to scope the requirements for NATO PR education and training. JAPCC was also tasked to present the outcome of the team meeting at the 9th SAR Panel meeting.
Scope.
In order to gain insight the first step is to develop a logical sequence of PR education and training key issues:
Participants.
Aside from the formal participants from SAR Panel members, we would also like to encourage participation from NATO education and training facilities (e.g. TLP, NATO school <place w:st="on"><city w:st="on">Oberammergau</city></place>, etc.), the NATO Command Structure as well as National training facilities.
Agenda.
This first meeting should focus on two topics: - Develop a comprehensive wish list.
- Develop a comprehensive list of already available education and training facilities.
