MAJIIC TTP Conference 2009

Overview:

Objectives for this conference are as follows:

  • Alignment of Joint ISR TTPs with the Bi-SC approved NATO Joint ISR Concept
  • Review of Operational and Tactical Level Joint ISR processes and procedures (e.g. collection, management, exploitation, and dissemination)
  • Employment of Network Enabled Joint ISR systems as a force multiplier
  • dentification and capture of emerging operational requirements and processes at operational and tactical level
  • Validation of Joint ISR TTPs as developed, evaluated, and published by the MAJIIC Project
  • Review of current NATO Joint ISR Doctrine as it relates to emerging Network Enabled Capabilities
  • Note that while this conference is being co-hosted by the JAPCC and the MAJIIC Project, the product (Network Enabled Joint ISR TTPs and CONEMP), will address the Joint ISR community of interest, integrating doctrine, and systems from all components at all levels of command.

Available space will limit the number of participants to no more than 70.  As a result, participation will be heavily weighted towards specialist C2 and ISR staff and operators from the NATO Bi-SCs (e.g. ACO J2/3, ACT JISR), NATO and National Joint Commands and Components (e.g. JFC-Brunnsum, CC-Air Ramstein, Land HQ Madrid, HQ ARRC), and Doctrinal Agencies, Organizations (e.g. .JAPCC, JWC, ALSA [US]).  Further, representatives of NATO capability groups such as the JISRCG should also attend, albeit in observer status.  The ideal participants will be civilian or military professionals who routinely employ ISR systems in support of operations including but not limited to Collection Coordination Information Requirements Management (CCIRM), Time Sensitive Targeting (TST), ISR system employment (e.g. planning, tasking and allocation).
Operators and Staff with recent ISAF experience will be particularly welcome.
